About the author:

David Zeni graduated from the Pennsylvania State University at University Park with a Bachelor of Science in Logistics. He was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy and served aboard USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628), a ballistic missile nuclear submarine, during the height of the Cold War. He also held administrative positions with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency. David is now retired and lives on Cape Cod. He is an ocean liner enthusiast and member of the British Titanic Society, Ocean Liner Museum, Ocean Liner Society, Steamship Historical Society of America, and World Ship Society.
